CNYCHEER: Register

How to Register:

Download the registration form, team roster, and release form from the forms section.

Complete a separate registration form for each event listing the team name as you would like it to appear in the program, on the event t-shirt, and for the announcer.

Clearly complete all sections of the registration form(s).

Complete a team roster form for each team competing, indicating crossovers and other required information. (If you know you have school/all star conflicts please note that on the roster form so that we can avoid a conflict with the teams’ performance times.)

Send one form of payment from school/group/gym, multiple individual checks will not be accepted. School purchase orders are not a form of payment. The school check must be received by the registration date. There is $25 fee for returned checks.
Payments mailed within two weeks of the event must be in the form of a cashier's check or money order. Personal/gym checks will not be honored.

Teams will not be listed on the performance order until payment has been received.

Distribute copies of the CNY release form to each of your cheerleaders. These forms must be turned in at each event’s registration, do not mail them to CNY Cheer Company prior to the event. Thank you.

Once we receive your registration we will mail you a confirmation packet.

Please Note:

There is a limit of 2 coaches per team allowed free into the competition, you will receive admission wristbands for these two coaches. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced. Additional coaches, team moms, etc. will need to enter at the spectator entrance and pay admission.

Division changes requested after the performance order is posted will be charged a $100 change fee to be paid in full prior to the competition.

Competitions will not be rescheduled due to weather. Registration fees are non-refundable 10 days prior to the event.

Registration Fees:

Participant fees are based on the postmarked date of the registration forms and payment.

CNY Fall Cheer Classic, 11/5/11:

$12 per participant if registered by 10/7/11
$14 per participant if registered by 10/14/11
$16 per participant if registered after 10/14/11
$8 for crossovers

CNY Winter Cheer Classic, 1/29/12:

$18 per participant if registered by 12/30/11
$20 per participant if registered by 1/13/12
$22 per participant if registered after 1/13/12
$12 for crossovers
$50 for stunt group competition

NYS Championship, 2/4/12:

$20 per participant if registered by 1/6/12
$22 per participant if registered by 1/13/12
$25 per participant if registered after 1/13/12
$12 for crossovers
$50 for stunt group competition

Cheer NY Nationals, 4/9/11:

$45 per participant if registered by 2/11/11
$48 per participant if registered by 3/4/11
$50 per participant if registered by 3/25/11
$55 per participant if registered after 3/25/11
$25 for crossovers
