CNYCHEER: Register

How to Register:

Download the registration form, team roster, and release form from the forms section. Registration deadlines:
- 10/17/07 - CNY Fall Cheer Classic
- 1/18/08 - CNY Winter Cheer Classic
- 2/15/08 - NYS Cheerleading Championship
- 3/14/08 - Cheer NY Nationals (Register and pay in full by 12/01/07 and pay just $50 per cheerleader)

Complete a separate registration form for each event listing the team name as you would like it to appear in the program, on the event t-shirt, and for the announcer.

Clearly complete all sections of the registration form(s).

Complete a team roster form for each team competing, indicating crossovers and other required information. (If you know you have school/all star conflicts please note that on the roster form so that we can avoid a conflict with the teams’ performance times.)

Send one form of payment from school/group/gym, multiple individual checks will not be accepted. School purchase orders are accepted. There is $25 fee for returned checks.

Distribute copies of the CNY release form to each of your cheerleaders. These forms must be turned in at each event’s registration, do not mail them to CNY Cheer Company prior to the event. Thank you.

Once we receive your registration we will mail you a confirmation packet.

Please Note:

There is a limit of 2 coaches per team allowed free into the competition, you will receive admission wristbands for these two coaches. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced. Additional coaches, team moms, etc. will need to enter at the spectator entrance and pay admission.

Division changes requested after the performance order is posted will be charged a $100 change fee to be paid in full prior to the competition.

Competitions will not be rescheduled due to weather. Registration fees are non-refundable 10 days prior to the event.

Registration Fees:

$22 per participant for CNY Fall and Winter Cheer Classics
($10 Crossover Fee)
$25 per participant for NYS Cheerleading Championship
($15 Crossover Fee)
$55 per participant for Cheer NY Nationals ($50 per participant if registered and paid in full by 12/01/07)

$50 per stunt group (not offered at Cheer NY Nationals)
$25 per partner stunt (not offered at Cheer NY Nationals)
$35 per Sideline Showcase (Fall Cheer Classic only)
Free Flag/Mitey Mite team exhibition at CNY Fall Cheer Classic only

1st competition, pay full registration fee
2nd competition, deduct $2 per participant
3rd competition, deduct $3 per participant
4th competition, deduct $4 per participant
